Our story

Welcome to Next Generation Kindergarten

Next Generation Kindergarten, Chester Hill Previously named Stay, Play and Learn , has been operating for 16 years. As at March 2022 the centre is under new management by Sarah Behman and her team of passionate, enthusiastic and motivated staff. The centre caters for children ages 0 to 6 years old within a high quality family grouped long day care setting. The Next Generation Kindergarten team have recently supported a renovation of the existing interior, this update has allowed new facilities to support the younger age group of children. The centre will soon see a face lift to the exterior of the centre, with added security to the parent and visitor entry point.

Sarah has more than 26 years early childhood training and experience and holds a Bachelor of Teaching Early Childhood Education. Sarah’s experience has ranged from many years working in privately owned centres as well as working for the not for profit organisations.

My son attends this daycare and he loves it. The teachers are all very caring and supportive, they are very hands on with the learning they make sure that each child reaches their goals. Highly recommended them.

My daughter has been attending this childcare for a year now and im so happy i chose this place from the moment you walk in the door you get a warm welcome from all the educators. Everyone is so friendly and caring ive never had an issue my daughter has learnt independence, social skills and so much more super happy i came accross this childcare!

Next Generation Kindergarten is fantastic. Academically, they do an excellent job. Sara is the new manager and has brought a lot of experience and good change. she’s very multicultural with beautiful spirit. I highly recommend this amazing childcare.

I am an educator at next generation kindergarten, I find the workplace environment caring and the director sarah is always welcoming. Our children in the centre have a sense of belonging and being, as our families are part of the Next generation kindergarten. It’s really a home away from home:)

I’m so thrilled that I made the decision to send my son to Funtime childcare. Not only did I notice a significant jump in his learning and development he also loves all his teachers and peers. This centre always goes above and beyond for the kids and for the parents. Making sure that each child’s interests are included in the learning through play curriculum. I highly recommend this centre as it really is like a family.

Truly the best daycare centre around! They have the most dedicated and professional staff with years of experience who program the most wonderful activities for children. I recommend Next Generation Kindergarten to everyone I know. Excellent food, great
